I am very surprised at how much this actually works. I thought I'd overdo it on the first workout just so I could identify all the muscles it actually worked. Mistake! I couldn't use it again for like a week. This is one of those 'as seen on TV' items that actually works.

Wow! First of all, I'm 53-years old; just getting back to working out these past few months. I wanted something to target my abs, as I'm a bit soft around the mid-section. I just completed a month of 100 push-ups/day and decided to try this; taking it slowly at first, to see what it entailed. The instruction pamphlet states that you should set a range of 12" for starters. I started the workout, and found I could stretch out about 24-28"... so I did 4 sets of 20 at that range. BIG mistake!! A day and a half later.... I was about crippled!! LOL My abs were killing me, and if I sneezed or coughed.... yeah, I was about in tears! (If you've been there before, you know what I'm talking about.)
The past week, I've forced myself into getting back to it, but using the 12-inch range of motion, and it's doable now. I've extended this a little bit, slowly working up to a longer range. I'm still sore as hell when exercising, but it's coming along nicely. By the next couple weeks, I should be able to use this "Implement of Pain" a bit more effectively, and I'm pretty excited about the possibility of having a flat stomach.... but not imagining washboard abs! Buy it, use it, and build your core!! It will pay dividends in the end!!

The best and easy way to exercise your tummy... great for people who doesn't do outdoor, I definitely recommend it because it is so easy to use even for a child since it has a spring that easily backs off and gradually you can change the routines by stretching more or less depending if you are a beginner, you do not require experience to use it if you do at least 1 hour per day you will reduced your belly and get great abs. I have to say that the rubber or plastic of the handles (don"t know the name of the material) are worn out over time depending on whether you wear gloves or not, and it is starting up little by little as you can see in the photo. but the wheel is very strong and durable I have tried it on floors with tiles, vinyl, linoleum, wood including cement and sidewalks and believe me the sidewalks and street and basketball courts in my country are definitely 3rd world and I even have it wet with water and sweat and the truth after 3 years is still very well preserved.

Oh Lord, my boyfriend laughed at me when I opened this package! Thought I was falling into marketing schemes again which, to be fair, does happen quite often.
I challenged him to a game - anytime we passed the living room, we had to do 5. Coincidentally, we ended up deep cleaning the house and used the thing constantly.
